My mission in every session is to help the body find balance*

Physically, by relieving muscle tightness, 

Dynamically, by moving the body through passive ranges of motion, 

Neurologically, by rewiring movement patterns, 

And energetically guiding the body to let go of compensation patterns that are no longer serving it. 

 * As living beings I don't believe we will ever remain in balance. We are constantly experiencing the world and reacting to it. Noticing how we have strayed and finding our way back to center is a constantly evolving path. Embracing that is where I have found lasting relief from suffering
